Zhejiang Hongma Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. is a leading enterprise in the heavy machinery industry with a global perspective, originating from Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. Relying on the deep accumulation of its headquarter, Zhejiang Hongma Foundry Co., Ltd., the company has over 30 years of rich experience, focusing on providing advanced castings, equipment and professional services for mining and Sand aggregate crushing and screening, and urban construction waste treatment.

The company covers an area of 62400 square meters and has two high standard heavy-duty CNC machining workshops equipped with dozens of advanced CNC equipment, including three-axis  milling machine, CNC vertical lathe, and CNC boring and milling machine. In addition, there is a dedicated flame cutting and welding workshops , max 200t heat treatment furnaces and several shot blasting machines and as well as an assembly workshop. At the same time, the two casting resin sand production lines owned by headquarter provide good quality assurance for the castings used in crushing and screening equipment of Hongma.

Hongma has always adhered to the business philosophy of quality first, and the factory has implemented 6S management for many years. It has passed the ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 quality system certifications. In the past decade, it has worked hard to improve its technical capabilities and obtained 50+ national utility model patents.

The product involves a full range of coarse crushing, medium crushing, and fine crushing crushers, as well as supporting feeding and screening equipment. The European version of HHP series multi cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, uses high-quality alloy steel castings, and the crushing process adopts comprehensive automation control. The hydraulic cylinder with bidirectional action can quickly clear the crushing chamber and reduce downtime.

The European versions of HMC and HMV series jaw crushers demonstrate excellent crushing efficiency with their unique V-shaped cavity design. The frame structure adopts anchor bolt install method without welding, combined with high-quality alloy steel materials, to ensure stable operation of the equipment in various working environments.

After a long period of market validation and technological precipitation, old-fashioned heavy-duty crushing equipment such as compound cone crushers, spring cone crushers, and PE&PEX series jaw crushers are still widely used in the primary, secondary, and tertiary crushing of sand and gravel aggregates due to their excellent cost-effectiveness and stable performance.

To meet the higher requirements of customers for aggregate particle size, we have launched a new type of sand making machine HVSI vertical shaft impact crusher. At the same time, we also provide screening equipment such as ZSW vibrating feeder and circular vibrating screen to meet the different needs of customers.

In addition to the complete equipment, our company also provides a complete set of accessories. These include core components of the core unit such as main frame, head, upper and lower frame, oil cylinders, counterweights, eccentric sleeves and etc. as well as wear parts like liners, tooth plates, concave, mantle and screen. We also provide forged parts such as main shafts, eccentric shafts, bearings, and gears.
